Soya Music Premium is a subscription-based service that provides enhanced features and capabilities beyond the free version of Soya Music. By subscribing to Soya Music Premium, you agree to these Premium Terms of Service in addition to our general Terms of Service.

2. Premium Features

Premium features may include, but are not limited to:

• Higher audio quality (up to 384kbps)
• Access to premium bots
• Advanced audio filters and equalizers
• Extended playlist capabilities (up to 1000 songs)
• 24/7 playback without interruptions
• Priority support access
• Early access to new features
• Customizable DJ roles and permissions
• Multiple audio source support

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove Premium features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of significant changes to Premium features.

3. Subscription and Billing

3.1. Subscription Plans: Soya Music Premium is available in monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans. Pricing information is available on our website and may vary by region.

3.2. Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

• You violate these Premium Terms or our general Terms of Service
• We detect fraudulent payment activity
• You abuse or misuse Premium features
• You attempt to circumvent technical limitations or restrictions
